Terms & Conditions.

By ordering, clients agree that they have read, understood & agreed on all our terms and conditions. All specifications, descriptions, prices of products, colors and terms & conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are excluding shipping, insurance & handling charges. Cyril Huze Custom Inc. may refuse to sell to any party with who our corporation had past payment problems or with who Cyril Huze Custom Inc. had been in disagreement and/or litigation. All orders are shipped after pre-payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, COD cash/money order/certified or bank check unless other arrangements have been made prior to ordering. All shipping and handling charges must be pre-paid or collect. Any delivery refused by customer or in case of difficulty of delivery, items will not be reshipped unless pre-paid in full to Cyril Huze Custom Inc. All shipments have been carefully inspected before leaving. All orders are shipped using UPS or FedEx whenever possible, unless otherwise requested or necessary. Foreign orders have to be prepaid in US dollars, by check, wire transfer, Visa – MasterCard- American Express.

We are not responsible for damages during shipping. If a shipment arrives with the carton or package damaged, please have the carrier note the condition on the receipt of the package. If it is discovered that the shipment has been damaged in transit, do not return to us. All claims have to be made directly to the shipper. Failure to comply with these instructions will disqualify any replacement. We are not responsible for consequential shipping charges. No part can be returned without our approval and without obtaining a return number. Client must insure and prepay approved returns. All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt and any discrepancies, defects or shortages must be reported to Cyril Huze Custom Inc. no later than 48 hours after reception. Claims have to be confirmed in writing no later than 72 hours after reception. All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All accepted returns are for credit only. Gas tanks are non-returnable aseach is built custom. Shipping costs to clients and 20% restocking fee are always deducted from credit. No cash refund. Credit or replacement of merchandise will be made at Cyril Huze Custom Inc. option. When replacement is accepted, it will be limited to parts only and doesn’t include labor claims. Cyril Huze Custom Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of custom parts & accessories, and builds to order. All our parts and special built accessories are custom orders. Custom orders are non cancelable when the accessory is already manufactured or customized. Cash deposits on orders of custom parts are non refundable. Cyril Huze Custom Inc., d.b.a. Cyril Huze. Exhaust systems are warranted for manufacturing defects only. But there is no warranty on exhaust pipes with regard to discoloration. Discoloration, called also bluing, is caused by tuning characteristics, carburetor jetting, timing, etc and is not caused by defective manufacturing. We will not be held responsible for any paint, chrome or labor cost under any circumstances and will not accept for return any part that has been installed, modified or damaged due to improper installation. Because chrome is a fragile material, we offer no warranty on chrome finish after it is installed on a motorcycle. We offer no warranty on gas tanks if welds are grinded, or gas tanks are modified in any way. Never solid mount a gas tank to frame. Never let a gas tank rest on backbone. Rubber mount only. Cyril Huze Custom Inc. is not responsible for any paint, labor costs or consequential damages under any circumstances. There is no warranty on electrical parts after they are installed. The warranty on the products we only distribute is the warranty of the original manufacturer, if any offered, not ours.

None of our parts & accessories is DOT approved. All our parts are for custom applications, show display, and/or for off road use. Custom motorcycle assemblies are made on a wish list expressed by clients. All our products and custom designed assemblies of parts are for show and display & may be illegal, violate EPA rules and be unsuitable for use on motorcycles registered for use on public streets and highways in the USA and abroad. Installation of our parts & accessories at client's request may be in violation of FMVSS Standard number 108 and other federal and or state laws. It is the client responsibility to check that the installation of our parts & accessories doesn’t violate any legislation. It is also the client responsibility to put these motorcycle custom assemblies in conformity with state & federal laws, to register and title the motorcycle assemblies and to do so at its own expense. Cyril Huze Custom Inc. disclaims any and all warranties of merchantability and any and all warranties that the products we sell are fit for any particular purpose. Cyril Huze Custom Inc. is not responsible for incidental costs & damages, including parts/labor/paint/chrome etc. incurred due to failure of our products, improper installation, incompatibility with other motorcycles components & accessories, unauthorized repairs. Since the final use of our products and the way they are used is the end user responsibility, we offer no warranties written or implied. Motorcycles can be dangerous. All our parts must be installed and maintained by a qualified motorcyle mechanic. Cyril Huze Custom Inc. has no control over the usage of any part. We assume no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of misuse or improper installation or application of any parts in any way to any person. We make no claims as to the fitness of any particular use of our products. Cyril Huze Custom Inc. is in no way, shape and form, connected to Harley-Davidson Motor Company, or any other companies or brands mentioned in our catalogs & price lists. We are not an authorized Harley-Davidson dealer and in no way do we have or intend to imply any kind of business relationship with the Harley-Davidson Motor Company or any other companies mentioned in our brochures. All wording used in our catalog denoting Harley-Davidson or other brand models, parts & accessories are intended for use only as references. The manufacturers do not necessarily recommend the parts we sell. Our intention is to provide products that can be used off-road and on show custom motorcycles. Cyril Huze & Cyril Huze Custom Inc. can freely photograph, videotape, film & release to the public and the medias any pictures of our work and this without asking and obtaining any authorization of the client or owner. Cyril Huze & Cyril Huze Custom Inc. will publish their works at any time deemed appropriate by us for our own interests. Any litigation arising from a dispute must be filed within one (1) month of the original invoice and in the county court of Palm Beach County, Florida.. Cyril Huze Custom Inc. shall have no obligation in the event the original customer is unable to present an original invoice. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any client not meeting our requirements. These terms & conditions may not be reproduced or copied without our written permission.
